Jim Geddes was signed in 1952 from Forth Wanderers. His time with the ‘Well he was understudy to Charlie Cox and in all the years he was with the ‘Well he only counted one league appearances, this sole league match came in the ‘B’ division campaign of 1953/54 when the Steelmen romped to promotion. However he did play in 4 League Cup games that season and he was in the side that drew 4-4 at St Mirren in a Love Street goal fest in the 1954/55 competition.
