Andy Scott came through the much praised Motherwell youth system which had produced the likes of Stephen Pearson, Keith Lasley and James McFadden within the last few seasons, Andy made his first and only appearance for the club on the last day of the 2002/03 season, he came in as a sub as an excellent young ‘Well side defeated Livingston 6-2 at Fir Park. Upon leaving the Steelmen he dropped into junior football with Bellshill Athletic.
