William Sneddon was plucked from the juniors in 1950 when he joined the club from Hurlford United. The winger spent all his time at Fir Park on the fringes unable to make his mark and in 1951 he was on his way back to the juniors the time he joined Irvine Victoria. He made two appearances for the club scoring one goal with this coming in the latter part of the 1950/51 season in a 3-2 defeat against East Fife.
