Recruited from SS&E Athletic in 1947, Tom Anderson falls into the bracket of a one game wonder, thrust into first team action on the very last day of the 1947/48 season again Rangers, Tom helped the side grind out a 1-1 draw. He was granted a free transfer in 1948 where he then join Albion Rovers. In 1955 he won the Scottish Cup with Clyde who upset Celtic, the first game was a 1-1 draw before winning the replay a week later.
