Bob joined the club at an early age and progressed through the Motherwell youth system. Aged just 16, Mark McGhee handed him his first team debut on the last day of the 2007/08 as ‘well-travelled to Easter Road to face Hibernian. Coming off the bench he helped the side record a 2-0 win.
